Attractive App to Incentivize Restaurant Go-ers and Promote Feedback

A Web App Built to Promote Interaction and Feedback

"Brolik was able to mold and transform our ideas into a reality.  The attention that our project was given proved that they not only invested their time into our project, but also their hearts. Unlike the usual boutique shops, they're far more interested in developing a partnership rather than the standard churn and burn mentality that often plagues the industry."

Adam Palmer Founder / CEO

Food for Thought is a mobile-based real-time feedback application. Venues, specifically restaurants, create an account and get a customized QR code that they place all over their venue. When patrons come in, they scan the QR code on their mobile phone, and a quick survey pops up that they can complete on the spot. Users who complete the survey and provide an email address get a "reward" or coupon good for redemption at that venue. The venue can then log into their account at any point and see organized, visual charts and graphs of the survey results.

Brolik created the entire app as a mobile website that looks, feels and functions like a native mobile application. We developed a system that creates venue specific pages on the fly, so each venue looks like it has it's own custom survey, and integrated with Codif.ly(link) to provide track-able QR codes that are automatically created for each venue. The user experience focuses on a simple survey with animated sentiment sliders making the process simple and visually appealing. The rewards are then delivered automatically to the users email with a unique redemption code that expires after a set number of days.
