Brolik Produces Video to Introduce Philly In Focus Website
"We have an exceptional team to produce an innovative portal for local interactive video, community, discussions, images and more."
Comcast Corporation has selected four local agencies to produce and launch a new online and video on demand channel in Philadelphia featuring original, local content, as a part of Comcast’s Project Open Voice initiative. The four firms are Brolik, an interactive, branding and video production agency, Lyquix, an integrated marketing and technology firm, Maven Communications, a strategic communications and public relations agency, and Outcomes Force, a consulting firm focused on assisting nonprofit and for-profit organizations with technology.
Brolik will manage the channel’s video integration, development and production, and as one of the first initiatives, was tasked with scripting and producing the PhillyInFocus.com Welcome Video to introduce visitors to the site. The video mixes notable Philadelphians Mayor Michael Nutter, Sharon Pinkenson and Sean Agnew, to name a few, who respresent the supporters and organizations that are standing behind the project.
Launched in January 2012, the website features locally produced, original content about Philadelphia, organized by topic and location. Designed to evolve over time based on user engagement and community interests, the site will showcase interactive video and location-based content by neighborhood, as well as integrated community forums, channels dedicated to local organizations and topics,, user profiles and social media integration.
