Brolik built a microsite that is not only informative and user-friendly, but includes content management capabilities, allowing Spotlight administrators to update reports, articles, sales messaging and more.
Realizing a strong potential for revenue from sports broadcast advertising packages, Comcast Spotlight needed to equip their sales teams with an updated client interfacing tool to excite potential customers and allow for direct contact with sales reps. Brolik built a microsite that is not only informative and user-friendly, but includes content management capabilities, allowing Spotlight administrators to update reports, articles, sales messaging and more. With this microsite and its extensive set of tools, Comcast Spotlight account executives are more efficient and effective, helping to improve and streamline the sales process.
Brolik created a system for Comcast Spotlight to create pages for any sport, allowing customers to browse pertinent sales information, supporting resources and on-air schedules. Integration with the Brolik content management platform allows Spotlight admin to modify text, call outs and programming info on sports pages, as well as manage and upload video content.The system also allows them to add sub-pages for "one-off" events or high profile programming such as Monday Night Football or the NFL draft.
Brolik also integrated an email delivery tool into the site, allowing sales reps to send introductory emails to customers with custom messaging and links to specific sport packages based on user interest. This tool sends a branded HTML email consistent with the Comcast Spotlight Sports microsite and links to extended content on the site. This allows sales reps to quickly and easily send custom targeted emails to potential customers, increasing sales effectiveness.
