Bio
Lily is a Marketing Strategist here at Brolik, meaning she works closely with our clients to plan, develop, and oversee the execution of high-level marketing strategies across all marketing channels - always with her clients' key performance indicators in mind. From top of funnel all the way through bottom of funnel, Lily works hard to optimize every touchpoint of the customer journey.
In a role like this, every day is different - some days she's developing Facebook ad campaign tests to drive higher quality conversions while lowering CPCs, and other days she's evaluating and analyzing data and metrics to uncover opportunities for growth. That versatile work keeps her on her toes, as the shifts between creative and analytical mindsets means every day is a new challenge and an opportunity to help her clients achieve their goals.
While undoubtedly a well-rounded marketer, Lily's specialty is in Facebook Business Manager, and leveraging all of the ins-and-outs of the platform to ensure continuous, profitable growth. She also has a deep expertise in organic social media across all platforms, knowing what it takes to test and iterate on social media content in order to reach the right audience at the right time.
Lily's social expertise is largely due to her previous role as a Social Media Specialist at Stream Companies (fully-integrated digital marketing agency) where she strategized, launched and monitored clients in the automotive space across paid social, as well as producing and managing organic content. Prior to that, she graduated from Philadelphia University (now known as Thomas Jefferson University) with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and custom minors in Communications and Graphic Design.
Outside of work, Lily is a music lover at heart, and spends her time creating new playlists, producing music in Logic, and going to shows. She is also passionate about upcycling, turning old clothes into something new (and awesome!) with the help of her trusty sewing machine. As another Brolik team member who just loves food, Lily can also be found trying out new Philly restaurants on the weekends or protecting her stash of sour patch kids and salt and vinegar chips.
