Jason is founder and CEO at Brolik. Since founding Brolik as a sophomore at Penn State in 2004, Jason has established the company as a forward thinking digital agency, blending technology and creative services to help brands grow.
As an entrepreneur, Jason is passionate about helping other business owners navigate the complicated journey of owning a business. His goal is an authentic relationship, starting with a cup of coffee, an open mind and an honest conversation to understand what inspires and challenges each entrepreneur. Jason aims to quickly identify the root of a business’s problems, and find a solution, whether it be marketing-related or something else entirely. Jason's passion for helping other founders comes across in the work Brolik does for its early stage clients, but also in his role as creator and host of the GrowthCurve podcast, a content series that features the stories of Philadelphia-based startup founders.
Jason’s entrepreneurial mindset has set the bar for the rest of Brolik. He has developed a team of talented developers, marketers, designers and managers that never settle for good enough. This work ethic has allowed Brolik to work with both national and local clients in diverse industries, including health care, manufacturing, educational and financial.
Jason is a published author and expert, sharing his knowledge in publications like Entrepreneur, Philadelphia Business Journal, HubSpot and SmartCEO. Jason’s roots in screenwriting and film production lend well to the agency world, where he often steps into a producer role to create video content for clients.
When Jason isn’t working, you can find him hanging out at a playground with his wife Caroline, and two kids, Jack and Nora, or at the ballpark cheering on the Phillies.
