Account Manager
Position Summary
We are searching for a dynamic and versatile Account Manager to support our Accounts team and drive our clients’ marketing efforts. In this position, you will be involved with all aspects of our clients’ marketing operations, from launching and managing campaigns to tracking and analyzing their success. Your focus will be to facilitate a long and fruitful relationship, ensuring that our marketing efforts help each client reach their goals and grow the business.
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance reaching client goals, managing timelines and projects, and keeping internal teams focused on delivering on client needs. In addition you will ideally have a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, with hands-on experience with web analytics tools and experience driving successful campaigns.
This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week that we are looking to fill as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support
- Coordinate project tasks internally to ensure timely delivery of services
- Understand and manage client expectations and objectives
- Monitor digital marketing campaigns and gather key performance metrics
- Monitor and manage marketing and advertising budgets
- Assist with client onboarding and goal-setting processes
- Prepare and present regular updates and reports to clients
- Document client updates, project progress, and deliverables in our internal systems
- Collaborate with our internal teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize campaigns
- Build strong, trusting relationships with marketing clients to encourage retention and repeat business
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that would benefit the client
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools
- Communicate thoroughly, thoughtfully and effectively with the team, clients and other contacts
- Attend and contribute to organizational meetings
- Accurately track all time spent on both internal and client-facing initiatives
- Act as an additive and vital component of the Brolik team and work cooperatively to uphold and improve the company culture
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as an agency or brand-side account manager/marketer
- Understanding of foundational marketing tools, tactics and principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Client services or account management experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivation for growth and learning
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Outstanding collaborative and interpersonal skills
- General computer and technical literacy, specifically with Google Suite
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools, especially Google Analytics
Extra Credit
- Google, Facebook and Linkedin ad platform experience
- Experience with website CMS platforms (Wordpress, Shopify, Craft, Webflow, etc.)
- Previous agency experience
