As Account Strategist, Bailey acts as an extension of our clients’ marketing teams, defining goals and KPIs, crafting the long-term strategy to reach them, and driving measurable growth. She’s the go-to for client communications, seamlessly managing everything from big-picture planning to the day-to-day check-ins that keep projects moving. Whether she's analyzing lead conversion data, mapping out new service lines, or identifying untapped market opportunities, Bailey brings a thoughtful, results-focused mindset to every conversation.
She especially thrives when she gets to blend creativity and strategy, whether that’s experimenting with new tools and trends, developing smart, audience-first content ideas, and brainstorming fresh ways to push her clients forward. And when it’s time to evaluate progress, Bailey’s just as energized by the data. She’s quick with a spreadsheet and always ready to translate performance metrics into clear, actionable next steps. Her positive energy and curiosity make her a favorite among teammates and clients alike.
Before joining Brolik, Bailey earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales from Salisbury University. She went on to work as a freelance marketing consultant for companies without in-house teams, leading strategy and execution independently. That experience sparked her passion for building from the ground up and led her to co-create a wellness podcast that became one of Spotify’s top 10 in its category — an example of the entrepreneurial drive she brings to every project.
Outside of work, you’ll find Bailey volunteering as a trail ambassador in the Wissahickon, traveling, practicing yoga, or reading with her cat Honey Chicken curled up nearby. She’s also a skilled forager — if you’re lucky, you might get a fall delivery of handpicked mushrooms.
