As Brolik's Lead Administrator and Professional Plate Spinner, Crystal keeps the operational engine running at full speed. From bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable to HR, onboarding, and benefits, she manages the behind-the-scenes details that make everything else possible. For our clients, that means clean invoices, quick troubleshooting, and the occasional in-office lunch.
Crystal's professional sweet spot is turning chaos into clarity. She's known for staying solution-oriented under pressure, processing before panicking, and following every task through to completion no matter how complicated it gets. Her unofficial work motto says it best: "Focus on your passion, not the paperwork." She'll happily handle the paperwork for you.
Beyond Brolik, Crystal is a licensed expeditor in Philadelphia, helping professionals navigate business licensing and city permits, because making complicated processes feel human is kind of her thing. She is also a master candle-maker and is known to hold a workshop every now and then. She earned her degree in Business Management from the University of Missouri, and her career has been rooted in small business operations and real estate, environments that taught her to manage details, timelines, and personalities all at once.
When she's not streamlining systems, Crystal is rolling homemade pasta, pouring candles, testing new restaurants, or walking her dogs through the city with her neighborhood crew. She swears her monthly two-hour massage is maintenance, not luxury. And for the record, she does not have a favorite dog. Her name is Buck.
