As the Dr. Leaks team got busier with the increased flow of leads, Brolik helped them transition from a basic spreadsheet lead tracker to a full CRM system to manage their increasing lead volume. We leveraged a list of 2,000 historic leads to start an email follow-up system, creating a more robust and automated sales approach. This was crucial because many leads who didn't initially choose Dr. Leaks opted for cheaper alternatives; the historic lead list became a valuable asset in bringing in revenue that would have otherwise been lost.

Fixing Low Conversion Rates

While lead volume and revenue were growing, Brolik identified a major issue in the customer service funnel. Dr. Leaks was effective in selling its Leak Detection service to new clients, but only a small amount of clients were continuing the process to Leak Repair and Cosmetic Repair (both highly profitable). We analyzed the communications and touchpoints within the process and were able to increase conversion rates for both stages in the process.

Brolik developed a display campaign to generate awareness and retarget site visitors that were in the market for a leak remediator.

Brand Video

We also produced a brand video for top-of-funnel and retargeting purposes. This video was created to differentiate Dr. Leaks, and highlight their people, process, and expertise.

We scheduled and produced a full-day shoot to capture photography of the team, and to showcase services and process.

Recruitment Marketing

Brolik also assisted Dr. Leaks with a recruitment push, helping them hire a few key employees to allow for this growth and expansion. This was part of the strategy to provide better communication throughout each customer project and increase conversion rates for Leak Repairs and Cosmetic Repairs.

Diversifying Service Offering

With Brolik's guidance, Dr. Leaks decided to add Mold Remediation to its list of capabilities to balance out the seasonal highs and lows. Brolik created and launched a campaign to promote this new service area.
