Concierge Medicine Practice Goes From Concept to $1.5M ARR

Devine Concierge Medicine is a unique medical practice, founded by two brothers, that leverages a membership medicine model to provide a higher level of primary care for its patients. They came to Brolik with a business idea for a concierge medicine practice, without a brand, website, or any clients, and needed a partner to help them bring their idea to market.

Launching the Business

As a brand new business with no marketing foundations in place, the first step was to develop a brand identity. The Devine brothers wanted a brand that was as refined and premium as they envisioned for the business, so we got to work using our time-tested branding process. In order to get moving quickly, we then spun up a simple landing-page-style website, and before long, we were ready to go to market.

Hitting the Local Market

Then we rolled out an aggressive marketing plan, primarily focused on reaching and converting potential patients in the suburbs of Philadelphia. At first, we tested paid social and paid search, but the lead quality was low, with many of them not understanding the concierge medicine model or expecting the premium price point. So, we shifted our strategy to focus on building awareness and education of both concierge medicine and Devine Concierge through content creation and traditional media placement.

Our Efforts Began to Pay Off

It didn’t take long to see the positive impacts of our efforts. Organic search traffic to the site began rising, as did local search volume around the concept of concierge medicine, and we gradually started acquiring clients at a consistent rate.

Investing in Growth

Once we started to acquire clients at a sustainable cost-per-acquisition, we knew it was time to double down and press the advantage. We produced a photo/video shoot to generate high-quality brand assets, launched a full-fledged new website, and increased the local advertising budget.

Optimizing the Sales Process

As leads increased, the brothers became overwhelmed with the amount of communication and follow-ups that were needed, a common bottleneck for our growing clients. So, we shifted our focus to developing lead handling systems and implementing automated steps into the sales process, without taking away from the human touch that makes the practice special.

Growth Timeline

The practice grew steadily from 2019 through 2025, starting slowly but accelerating over time as we optimized our marketing campaigns and invested more resources into client acquisition.

It's Just The Beginning

The brothers have clear product-market fit and big plans for expansion in the future. Their early vision for a high-touch concierge medicine practice for Main Line Philadelphia has been proven successful and the brothers are just getting started.
