Concierge Medicine Practice Goes From Concept to $1.5M ARR

Devine Concierge Medicine is a unique medical practice, founded by two brothers, that leverages a membership medicine model to provide a higher level of care for its patients. They came to Brolik with a business idea for a concierge medicine practice. They didn’t have a brand, website, or any clients and needed a partner to create the brand and bring the company to market.

Launching the Business

Brolik built the brand and launched the business — a high-end, high-touch concierge medicine practice.

Hitting the Local Market

We then rolled out an aggressive marketing plan, heavily focused on driving brand awareness in the suburbs of Philadelphia. At first, we tested paid social and paid search, but the lead quality was low. We shifted our strategy to focus more on building awareness of both concierge medicine and DCM through content creation and traditional media. We realized that success would come if we could lift the general education around the fairly unknown topic of concierge medicine.

It didn’t take long to see the positive impact from our concierge medicine focused educational content and the traditional media buying. Both organic impressions and branded searches were rising.

Investing in Growth

Once we started to acquire clients at a consistent rate, our strategy was to invest the revenue back into the business, with a photo/video shoot, a website redesign, and increasing the local advertising budget.

Optimizing the Sales Process

As leads increased, the brothers became overwhelmed with the amount of communication and follow-ups. This is common for our clients. When we are successful in driving growth, our focus must turn to helping manage the growth. We put lead handling systems in place, helping them convert prospects through stages and automated steps without taking away from the human touch that has made Dan and Mike so successful.

The brothers have clear product-market fit and big plans for expansion in the future.
