Letting the Personality Come Through
A big priority was making sure the site felt warm and human. BCS puts a lot of emphasis on relationships, transparency, and doing right by both clients and candidates, and that needed to show up right away. We reworked the structure and messaging to highlight their team, their approach to search, and what it’s like to work with them. Instead of relying on generic recruiting language, the content is more direct and aligned with how they operate day to day.
On the design side, we kept things simple and put the team out front, using real team imagery alongside a clean visual system that is polished, but still approachable.

Structuring the Site Around How Clients Evaluate Recruiters
The previous site lacked the depth needed to support decision-making. Key elements like testimonials and specialties were missing, and differentiators were buried. We built an intuitive site that surfaces what matters most to prospective clients: what BCS does best, who they serve, how they work, and why clients stick with them. This included dedicated sections for specialties, testimonials, and a content structure designed to grow over time with success stories and insights.
The result is a site that walks visitors through a logical narrative, from understanding BCS’s approach to building confidence in their ability to deliver.

Built to Grow With the Business
The site needed to be easy to manage and flexible enough to evolve over time. Rather than overcomplicating things, we built a modular system that allows the BCS team to add content, highlight different specialties, and refine messaging as needed.
The end result is a straightforward, modern site that feels like BCS, supports their sales process, and gives them a much stronger foundation going forward.
